The good news is God’s Principles are timeless and unchangeable. The bad news is we are not. So how does one glean wisdom for our lives in a material, corruptible world? God sent many Prophets to help us. And the greatest Prophet was Jesus named The Christ, ultimately bridging the gap in understanding between Heaven and Earth.
“He who has seen Me has seen the Father; how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me; otherwise believe because of the works themselves. Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father. “-John 14:9-12 NASB
The trick is to distill out the timeless principles in the writings from another epoch and culture and apply them to our lives today. Many Religions have collected opinions and interpretations over the centuries and have dogmatically added them to the original teachings. Over the years, I have focused on discovering and extracting the core points, meanings, and principles and apply them to my life. I will share what I have found.
These webcasts are produced on the fly in real-time addressing issues as I am led. Some principles I have covered in other webcasts and will not be included in as much detail as others that are being newly presented. What follows are some “givens” that I use when extracting the timely principles from Jesus’ teaching to then be applied int our Time/Space lives. These, themselves, have been recognized over time in my studies.
